Free collection trackers.
Every free tracker we make, in one place — 15 single-tab starters for the things people collect, watch, read, play, and go to. Each one is a spreadsheet you download in a click and keep. No email, no account, no trial that ends.
A collection out-runs your memory before you notice
It happens the same way in every hobby. You stand in a shop genuinely unsure whether you already own the thing in your hand. You buy the second copy. You forget which of the twelve you were saving for. The collection did not get complicated — it just got bigger than the part of your memory that was holding it.
A list fixes that, and a list is a small thing. Each tracker below is one tab: a row per item, a column or two that matter for that hobby, and a handful of counts that keep themselves current. They come pre-loaded with a small fictional example so nothing looks empty on the first open — select those rows, press Delete, and start typing your own.

What every one of these has in common
- One tab, on purpose. A tracker you have to learn is a tracker you abandon in March. Each of these is a single sheet you understand at a glance.
- Pre-loaded with an example. A small fictional collection is already in there, so you can see the counts working before you have typed anything. Delete it when you are ready.
-
Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice.
Plain
.xlsxwith no macros. Open it in whatever you already use. - Genuinely ungated. No email, no account, no "free trial." The download link is the download.
- Yours to keep. The file lives on your computer or in your own Drive. Nothing in it leaves your machine, and it will still open in ten years.
When a starter stops being enough
A one-tab list answers do I own this? — which is most of what a collection needs for a long time. What it cannot answer is the second question, and the second question is different in every hobby: what is this copy actually worth in the condition it is in; which of these have I never once used; is the asking price in front of me a good one.
That is where the paid workbooks in the Trackers line pick up — the same file, several tabs deeper, with the arithmetic each hobby argues about built in. They are one-time purchases you own, not subscriptions: somewhere between the blank spreadsheet you would have to build yourself and the collection app that charges you monthly for a list you typed in and takes it with it when it shuts down.
Worth reading alongside: how to catalog a collection, how to downsize one, and — for anyone whose collection has a condition scale attached — what record grading is. For everything free we make, not just trackers, see the full free-tools index.
