My Oshi List — Free VTuber Tracker
An oshi list is a single record of the VTubers you follow — who they are, which agency and generation, and how long you've been watching. Ask a fan that question and the answer usually arrives as a scroll through three subscription feeds. This free list is one tab that holds all of it, including your tier and the day you started. Three columns then calculate themselves — how long you've been following, how many days until each talent's next debut anniversary, and a flag when one is close. It opens on a worked example, so you can see it working before you type a thing.

What it does
- One row per talent — agency, branch or generation, platform, debut date, following since, and your tier, with platform and tier dropdowns so the data stays tidy.
- Counts days following and days to each debut anniversary for you, and labels each one This week, This month, Later, or No debut date — the label is written out, not just colored.
- Opens pre-filled with an eight-talent example (all invented) and a running count of talents listed and anniversaries inside thirty days; clear the cells (not the whole rows) and type your own.
- Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice — no macros, no signup, nothing saved anywhere but your own file.

Want to know where the hours and the money actually go?
This free list is the roster tab on its own. The full VTuber Stream & Oshi Tracker adds the part a list can't do: a stream log and a support log, joined into what each talent costs you per hour watched and the gap between the share of your money they take and the share of your attention — plus an events tab that converts an announcement time in any zone to your own clock, a per-agency rollup, and a 28-term glossary. Eight tabs and three PDF guides in one owned workbook for Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice. The paid version also ships a one-click Google Sheets copy; this free file is an .xlsx you import yourself.
A one-time purchase you keep — the owned workbook between a blank spreadsheet and a rented fan app.
A personal tracker, not financial advice. This is a fan-made tool, not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any VTuber agency, talent, or platform — agency names appear only so you can label your own follows. The example talents and agencies are invented and illustrative. Free to use; please don't resell or redistribute.
