Fantasy League Constitution Starter
A league constitution is the charter of your fantasy league — the rules everyone agreed to, written down before anyone needs them. Plenty of leagues run instead on rules that live in a group chat from two seasons ago, and a rule in a thread cannot be quoted, cannot be searched, and gets remembered differently by every manager involved. This free starter is eight clauses out of a full constitution: who runs the league, what it scores, what a legal roster is, how players are acquired and traded, what happens to the money, and how the rules themselves get changed. Every blank is a real form field — click it and type, or print it and fill it in by hand. One page is shown filled in for an invented league, with the typed words marked, so you can see how specific a blank has to be before you write a word.

What it does
- Eight fill-in clauses: the league and who runs it, scoring, rosters and lineup locks, waivers and acquisitions, trades, dues and payouts, how the rules get amended, and a ratification page where every manager is listed and dated.
- Ships shown filled in — two of the clauses are completed for an invented league, with the typed words marked, so you can see how much detail actually settles something later.
- A page on how to fill it in: what leagues get wrong, and the one clause not to delete (the amendment rule, because it is what makes every other clause binding).
- Says out loud where it points elsewhere — a few clauses name companion documents from the paid kit (the scoring sheet, the trade addendum, the payout ledger). With the starter on its own you write that rule straight into the clause instead of referring out.
