Nobody goes looking for a caregiver authorization until an hour before the appointment, or a travel consent letter until the check-in desk asks for one. These are two of the household consent documents families reach for most often, and they are free. What it does
- Gives you the Minor Travel Consent Letter for any trip where a child is not with both legal parents — the child and their passport, the accompanying adult and their ID, the specific route and return date, where the child will be staying, consent to emergency medical care, and the contact block an official can actually call to verify it.
- Gives you the Caregiver & Childcare Authorization that names who may collect a child and who may consent to routine and emergency care while you are away — with a table for each child, a dated start and end, the insurance and pediatrician details, and an allergies-and-what-to-do-about-them block.
- Shows each one filled in for an invented family, with the typed-in words marked in amber, so you can see the level of detail that makes a letter easy to act on rather than easy to question.
