Resin Mix & Cure Starter

Resin punishes guesswork twice: once when the ratio is off and it never cures, and again when a pour comes out perfect and you can’t remember the conditions. This free starter is the mix math and the record — the two pages that make a pour repeatable.

Take it with you — free, no signup

What it does

  • A mix-ratio reference — the one formula, a worked example, and a quick-reference table of common resin systems with their typical ratios by weight and by volume.
  • A mix-ratio worksheet — fill in your resin’s ratio and the total you want, and work out the exact resin and hardener amounts.
  • A print-and-use cure log — one row per pour for the resin, ratio, batch, room temperature, humidity, demold time and result.
  • Room for the variables that decide whether a pour cures — ambient temperature and humidity are the two most makers forget to record.
  • Prints on US Letter or A4 and lives on the pouring station.

Own it, don't rent it

Want the pigment and pricing calculators?

These two pages get one pour right. The full workbook runs the studio — mix-ratio and pigment-load calculators for any system, a resin-system reference, a cure and troubleshooting guide for the defects that actually happen, mould and materials inventory, and a per-piece cost and pricing calculator.

A one-time purchase you keep pour after pour — the owned system between mixing by eye and pricing by instinct.

A studio reference, not certification or safety advice. Every ratio, pour depth and cure time is a typical starting point — follow your specific resin’s label and safety data sheet. Resin and hardener are skin and respiratory sensitisers, MEKP is corrosive, and a curing exotherm can overheat or burn; ventilate, wear nitrile gloves, and never exceed the stated pour depth. Resin is not food-safe by default. Hosted free on Ardent Seller, our software for makers. Free to use; please don’t resell or redistribute.
