================================================================ FREE BILL TRACKER ================================================================ WHAT'S HERE Free-Bill-Tracker.xlsx Read Me how to use it Bills fifteen bills, each with its next due date, days until, due status, and monthly and annual cost HOW TO USE IT 1. Open the Bills tab and clear the as-of date at the top, so the sheet runs on today's date (it is pre-filled only so the example reads the same on any day). 2. Type over the example bills with your own. Every active bill needs a name, amount, frequency and one real first due date. 3. Read Next due and Due status. The total row adds up your active bills. DUE STATUS Due today the next due date is today (or your as-of date) Due soon due within the window you set at the top of Bills Upcoming due later than that Not active Paused, Canceled or Considering; left out of the totals Needs details an active bill missing its amount, frequency or first due date Duplicate name the same bill name is on two rows A row with no bill name shows no status, but its amount still counts in the totals - give every row a name. Next due moves on once a date passes; the sheet does not record payments, so it will not flag an unpaid bill. WORKS IN Excel or LibreOffice. For Google Sheets, open a blank sheet, then File > Import > Upload this file, and choose Replace spreadsheet.
